After a very successful project delivery with Johnson & Johnson, we were tasked with creating and implementing an employer value proposition (EVP) guideline document for Takeda – Japan’s largest pharmaceutical company (top 15 in the world).
The EVP ‘Cookbook’ was designed to guide the visual presentation of Takeda’s new employer brand through recruitment communication and marketing. It helps those managing Takeda’s recruitment marketing to deploy the new EVP more consistently, in line with the overall corporate brand guidelines, and the extensions to this that have been introduced specifically for employer brand-related communication.
It serves to build an effective bridge between the company’s organisational values and aspirations and prospective talent’s needs and aspirations.
The deliverables spanned logo design, typography, colour palette, graphic devices, tone of voice/messaging, photography, social media best practice, website and banner recommendations and a range of print material.
